Juice Plus and Nutrition:
The Techniques of Nutrition are all about adhering to the basics.
Are you looking to transform your health and your body? Ready to give it one more try? If your answer to these questions is yes, you now must get very serious about the 4 Es. You see, the majority of those who answered yes to the question have attempted multiple times to; ‘get into shape’ ‘to exercise more’ ‘to start eating right’. They are adamant that this time it will work. But the past attempts did not go so well as each attempt was meet with failure. So why will this time be different. The harsh reality for most is that it will not be different. This attempt will be met with failure just as the past attempts did.
This does not have to be the case however, if you are willing to change and trade the formula you attempted in the past with the 4Es formula. So, what are these mysterious 4Es?
When it comes to Nutrition or almost anything that you are striving for without the understanding and implementing the 4E’s you probability of success is extremely low. Most of us go into a challenge extremely motivated but without few other tools to see us through to the end. Unfortunately, motivation usually wears off and when it is gone so are is the prospect of accomplishing our mission. Let’s now get into the meat of the 4Es.
This is a step that most give little thought to. Most of us jump right to taking action. So, for most we were destined for failure right from the start. Let me give you an example; many years ago when I first moved to the beach in Southern California I set a goal to get in the best shape of my life. I was certainly motivated. I absolutely incorporated 3 of the 4Es into my daily life. I absolutely gave Effort daily. I Executed what I set out to do daily. I absolutely had Endurance as I remained dedicated to my goal for every single year I lived in Southern California.
What I did not do however was to really get Educated on Nutrition. You see, I did not really know what was good to put into my body and what was not. I allowed the pharmaceutical company’s and supplement companies to be my educators and tell me what was good for me. Therefore, I put a tremendous amount of man-made processed food and supplements into my body. This was hardly in alignment with my Nutrition goal. Now that I am educated I know that I should have been taking in copious amount of whole foods; fruits, vegetables etc.. Wholefood intake is key and is the basis for a healthy diet.
I wish that back then I would have known about Juice Plus+ (1) as it is the only wholefood product in the market which is backed by multiple ‘gold standard’ clinical studies which validate the efficacy of the product. Once you are educated then it is up to you to bring the EFFORT, EXECUTION & ENDURANCE. These are relatively simple to understand. To achieve your nutrition goal you must work hard at it each day. You must know what to do each day and do it. You must sustain these actions for the duration until you reach your goal. However, when it comes to nutrition one must sustain it for a lifetime.
